Yes. We handle individual repairs, punch lists, mounting, assembly, drywall, painting, carpentry, door and window issues, and other everyday home projects. You can submit one task or several projects in the same request.

The 30-Point Home Care Visit is a paid assessment designed to help you understand what your home needs and what can wait. We review key maintenance areas and provide a documented scorecard, priorities, and a practical maintenance roadmap.

The introductory price is $299. You receive a home scorecard and maintenance roadmap, typically within 48 hours. If you move forward with a qualifying annual maintenance plan, $150 is credited toward the plan.

No. Request a specific service when you already know what you need. A Home Care Visit is most useful when you have multiple concerns, an unclear maintenance list, or want a broader plan for the property.

We build each plan around your home, priorities, and preferred level of support. Plans may include seasonal maintenance, preventive tasks, documentation, priority scheduling, recommendations, and coordinated projects throughout the year.

Pricing depends on the service, property, access, condition, and scope of work. After reviewing your request, we will clarify the next step and provide a clear scope and price before work begins.

We review the information and typically contact you within one business day. We may ask a few questions, request photos, schedule a service appointment, or recommend a Home Care Visit when the scope needs further assessment.

UpKeep was created by Ed McDonald and the team behind McDonald Contracting and McDonald Electric. UpKeep focuses on ongoing home maintenance and everyday repairs. When larger construction or licensed electrical work is required, the appropriate McDonald company can be brought into the conversation.
